I was extremely pleased with the experience that I had with Reliant Electric. Kevin Sheats was very accommodating and flexible when making an appointment for an estimate as well as scheduling the actual job. He was punctual, considerate of my property and very competent. He addressed all of my concerns, answered all of my questions and did not try to sell or upgrade the job. He never deviated from the agreed upon estimate . It should be noted that his fees are very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this company!

They fixed put non-working light switches, replaced a 16 foot ceiling fan, fixed the "Strobbing" our front lights were doing and replaced a broken outlet in our garage in just a few hours. Kevin from Reliant Electric responded to my Angi request within a couple hours by calling me directly. He provided an estimated cost and timing to troubleshoot my electrical problem over the phone and set a date and time when he could arrive. He sent me a confirming text the day before service and called when he was about 20 minutes away from arriving. I had a number of outlets that had no power. They all went out at the same time but no circuit breaker had been thrown. Kevin told me what he was going to investigate and methodically reviewed the wiring in multiple outlets that were not functioning until he found the issue. He double checked that all affected outlets were wired in same circuit and ended up replacing an outlet. Kevin verified all outlets were then functional and put back in place. Kevin spent a total of about one hour and 15 minutes at my house. He is very personable and highly professional. I highly recommend.

If I could give Kevin & Robert more than 5 stars, I would. These hard-working, efficient & generous young men accomplished more in 3 hours than I could have in 3 days. They swapped out my broken microwave and hung one that works. They replaced dangerously hanging light fixtures above my front door, in my child's bedroom, replaced 2 lights in the kitchen, (and a broken light switch plate that I had taped together.) Kevin found a light fixture in my laundry room that was (still) activly melting the socket (after it had blown a fuse). I could have had a house fire. Rob showed me how to turn the power back on in my garage. The man knows his way around a toolbox- no joke. They checked out my 70 year old fuse boxes, (non-working) dish-washer & (broken?) garbage disposal & advised me on who to call to work on those appliances. I appreciate both these men far more than they know. Highly recommend Rob & Kevin for any sort of electrical repair or light fixture upgrade you need done right!

I write a lot of reviews, but Reliant Electrical has really earned it. Over the past year or so I’ve had to call them out a handful of times for different projects, some small, some a little bigger, and they’ve never once let me down. Every electrician I’ve met from their team has been professional, respectful of my time, and just easy to work with. They show up when they say they will, get the job done without dragging it out, and leave everything neat when they’re finished. What I appreciate most is the consistency. A lot of companies are great the first time, then slip on the second or third job. Not these guys. Each time, the experience has been just as solid. Their pricing has always been fair, no hidden surprises, and I’ve felt comfortable recommending them to my own clients as well as family and friends. That’s not something I do lightly, but I know they’ll take care of people the same way they’ve taken care of me. If you’re looking for an electrician you can actually count on, reliable, courteous, and reasonably priced, I’d honestly say give Reliant Electrical a try. I don’t hand out recommendations often, but this one comes with full confidence.

Kevin provided a great experience while installing my ceiling fan. He noticed the that the old junction box was out of code and upgraded the junction box to ensure a safe and complete install.

Kevin came out to look at the problem I had at my house and told me what exactly he saw and what I needed. They did the job 2 days after the we accepted the quote. It took a day and they did a great job. I was at work and they were able to send me a video of what they did and how to work the new electrical panel breakers. The next day after they finished the job, my dryer wasn’t working. So I reached back out to Kevin and he came the next day to help figure out what was wrong. Kevin’s team is patient, kind and honest. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

I found Reliant Electric through Home Depot after I purchased new ceiling fans. I chose Kevin and his company because he took the time to call me and give me an estimate. There were two other company's that contacted me via text and told me what I needed to measure and what pictures I needed to take to do their estimate. I immediately accepted Kevin's and I am glad for it. As a single woman, it is difficult to find company's that have the integrity not to take advantage and I found one. I called with an electrical emergency when our normal guy was out of town. They were at our rural house in less than an hour, fixed the problem and another in less than an hour, and the electrician that came was so sweet.
